Pallet Applicator
Autolabel pallet applicator is a rigid stainless steel solution for tough industrial environments. The applicator handle both one side labeling as well as two side labeling. A left version and a right version allow you to choose any of the four adjacent sides of the pallet to be labeled. Changing label or ribbon roll is straight forward and easy and to give the operator maximum access, the applicator plate is automatically moved away from its home position during this operation.
2-side pallet labeling  Here a Pallet Left model has labeled the front and the left side of the pallet. Label size up to 150x210 mm (WxL) and standard 300 dpi resolution, gives high quality barcodes and allow a vast amount of text and graphics on the label. An optional barcode reader can be integrated to verify that the labels are correctly printed and applied. | Tine Meieri  The large Norwegian dairy Tine has selected Autolabel print and apply equipment for their labeling needs in their new large site in Kviamarka Jæren in Stavanger, Norway. In the autumn 2011, the new dairy will open and it will receive one million liters of milk a day that will become butter and cheese. The print & apply applications involve both product labeling (cheese), carton labeling and pallet labeling. All printers are connected to CodeIT software. |
